FRUSKE is a farm stay, an inn, and an "osmiza" (a local wine and food tasting establishment). It's a place to stop and sleep, taste the products of the Karst region, and experience the authentic rhythm of the Triestine countryside, just a few minutes from the Gulf of Trieste, Duino Castle, and Sistiana Bay.

More than a refreshment stop, an osmiza is a meeting place. Here you can taste the farm's own produce, uncork a Vitovska or a Terrano, and rediscover the slow pace of life in the Karst.
The formula is simple and authentic: cured meats, cheeses, honey, wine, vegetables and specialities that tell the story of the land, the season and the family's agricultural work.

Terrano
Ruby red with violet reflections, vigorous body and a Karst soul. A wine born from the red soil of the Karst.
Vitovska
Indigenous white from the Trieste territory, elegant and mineral, closely linked to the wine-growing history of the Carso.
Malvasia
Straw yellow, notes of summer fruit and geranium, dry and elegant taste with hints of apricot.
Two
Two, “due”. A clear name for a wine that represents the ideal synthesis between the winery's souls. This label is born from the harmonious union of two souls of the territory.
Bubbles of rock and wind
All the energy of the karst land enclosed in an elegant and vibrant bubble. The Fruske sparkling wine combines the deep minerality of bare limestone rock with an unmistakable savoury note, carried by the sea breeze and the bora.
Rosé: The fresh soul of the Karst
The rosé from Agriturismo Fruske is a breath of fresh air that caresses the palate and colours the table. On the palate, it is lively, pleasantly savoury, and thirst-quenching: the ideal companion for an outdoor aperitif on warm summer days or for balancing the intense flavours of typical osmiza cured meat platters.
